Customers be aware....Do not waste your time with the Paperwood location. They checked me in and told me to wait 40 minutes, then at 7 pm they told me they are closed!!!

In my honest opinion the customer service was great, the lady who cut my hair was a very kind woman. But the haircut overall did not match my comforts, I gave appropriate feedback & it was questioned, as well as ignored. The Haircut was horrible, there were lines in my hair which were supposed to be faded & the hair was completely uneven. I had to compete in front of college coaches with a jacked cut, if you're reading this you know who you are. Please be the great barber you were born to be. Blessings.

You can get a terrible haircut for half the price anywhere else. The woman spent all of 5 minutes butchering my hair, completely rushing it. Even had to come back in immediately after because they ignored trimming around one of my ears. Now I'm home noticing the top is off by half an inch compared to the other side. Very noticeable since my hair is about an inch long up there. Nothing wrong with Sports Clips as a business, but this location is NOT the location to go to.
